Great secluded hunting recreational tract. Property is about 25% open and about 75% wooded with a small pond and a large year round creek (Town Creek). There is a steel bridge across the creek, that needs some minor attention, that should allow ATVs to access property across the creek. Pasture is overgrown with weeds but was coastal Bermuda at one time and could probably be reclaimed as pasture or hay meadow. Community water and electricity is nearby.
